How long does an order take?
Turnaround time depends on order size and service type. Message us on WhatsApp with your order and we will confirm an exact pickup/delivery time before you commit.
How does Urgent service work?
Pick "Urgent" for any item on the order form to have it prioritized ahead of the regular queue, for a higher per-item rate. Message us on WhatsApp to confirm same-day availability before placing a large Urgent order.
Do I need to pay online?
No. All orders are pay on delivery or pickup, in cash — we do not collect payment online.
Do I need to create an account to order?
No account needed. Fill in the order form as a guest with your name, phone number, and address, and we will confirm your order on WhatsApp.
How do the monthly suit care packages work?
We offer three curated packages (Starter, Family, Premium) that include a fixed number of specific items each month. You get a flat monthly price with free pickup & delivery. No rollover applies – use your allotment within the month. Subscribe on our Packages page and we’ll confirm your details on WhatsApp.
